Terms of service
By placing an order, you agree to the use of your personal data and the terms and conditions described below.
The delivery time for products is normally 2–5 business days. Products are generally shipped within two business days of ordering. Our goal is a delivery time of 2–3 business days. We strive to ship all orders that are placed on the same day by 12:00.
You will receive an order confirmation to your email immediately after ordering. NOTE! If you do not receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided, we have not received your order. In this case, please contact customer service info@easeorganic.fi . Orders to Finland can normally be placed independently directly through the online store. If you want your order to be delivered to a location other than Finland, please contact info@easeorganic.fi.
PAYMENT METHODS
We use different payment providers in the online store. We use Shopify Payments, Klarna and Mobilepay. You can find the terms and conditions of all payment method providers on their own websites.

BINDING ORDER
A binding sales contract comes into force when the customer has confirmed the order on the order page. By confirming the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. After confirming the order, Ease Organic cannot make changes to the terms and conditions.
PRICES
All prices stated include VAT in the amount according to the product's tax rate. The tax breakdown is shown in the order confirmation. All prices are stated without obligation and Ease Organic reserves the right to change prices. The seller has the right to choose the most affordable delivery method for shipments that are not suitable for transportation by the selected delivery method, e.g. due to the size, weight or content of the shipment. In the case of obvious price errors, the products will not be sold at an obviously incorrect price and the seller may cancel/dismantle the order in question. If after returns the value of the order falls below the free delivery amount, we will charge a delivery fee of €6.90 upon return, because the free delivery limit is no longer met.
RETURNS
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Agency's online shopping guidelines. This means that you are entitled to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The right of return does not apply to broken, opened food packaging. You are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the products. If you cancel the purchase and return the product, we will refund the price of the product. Attach the original shipping label to the returned product. The returned product must be unused, in the same condition as the original and resaleable. We do not pay postage for customer returns.
If the product is not in saleable condition:
The product can be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
The product will remain with us without a refund
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the entire order free of charge until it has been collected at the packing plant. Cancellations must be made either by email to info@easeorganic.fi.
Please note that there is no right of return or cancellation for expired products. Accessories have a 14-day right of return. The 14-day period is calculated from the moment you have received the product. You are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the products. If you cancel the purchase, we will refund you without delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation notice the payments you have made (product price + the costs charged for the most affordable standard delivery method) related to the canceled purchase.
UNCLAIMED ORDER
Non-redeemed is not the same as a return or cancellation.
For an undelivered package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge all costs including both the products and shipping costs, starting from €30 / uncollected shipment.
SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
Sometimes, despite careful packaging, shipments may be damaged during transport. If the package is damaged in transport and if the ordered product(s) are also damaged, please report the damage immediately at the pick-up point. Take a photo of the damaged product or package. Then contact our customer service at info@easeorganic.fi.
COMPLAINTS
If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the wrong quantity of products or the product is damaged or outdated, the consumer must notify Ease Organic within a reasonable time by email to info@easeorganic.fi.
FORCE MAJEURE
Ease Organic is not responsible for the fact that the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond the company's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of the authority, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that make operations difficult or prevent operations.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes and disagreements arising from this distance selling agreement shall be governed by Finnish law.
