Gluten-free Celeriac Cutlets with Kale Flakes
Approximately 600 g celeriac
For breading:
1 dl Gluten-free oat flour mixture
½ dl freeze-dried organic kale flakes
Salt
White pepper
1 egg
Oil for frying
Peel the celeriac and slice it into pieces about half a centimeter thick.
Break the egg into a dish and coat the celeriac slices in the egg.
Mix the dry ingredients for the breading in another dish and coat the celeriac slices in the flour mixture.
Fry in a pan with oil for about 7 minutes on each side.
