Easy and juicy Valentine's Day muffins made with beetroot flakes ❤️🫜! With this easy recipe, you are sure to succeed 👌 The secret to these muffins lies, of course, in their excellent taste, which comes from organic beetroot. Here's the recipe for 9 servings ⬇️
1 egg
1 dl oil
1 dl freeze-dried beetroot flakes
1 dl milk
1 dl sugar 
2 dl wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Cream cheese frosting:
100 g unflavored cream cheese
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
30 g butter
1.5 dl powdered sugar
Small marshmallows for decoration
Mix the egg, freeze-dried beetroot flakes, oil, and milk together.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add to the batter.
Spoon the batter into muffin cups. Bake the muffins for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. If desired, prepare the cream cheese frosting by whipping all ingredients with an electric mixer. Frost and decorate the muffins and invite a friend over to enjoy ❤️!
