Recipe for beetroot hummus:
1 dl freeze-dried beetroot slices
2 dl soaked fava beans
2 tbsp tahini or to taste
A splash of lemon juice
Salt, pepper, chili to taste
Rehydrate the beetroot slices by placing them in a cup and adding about 1-2 dl of water. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Let it sit for a moment before serving.
