Delivery terms

By placing an order, you accept the use of your personal data and the terms and conditions described below.

Product delivery time is normally 2–5 business days. Products are generally shipped within two business days of ordering. Our goal is a delivery time of 2–3 business days. We aim to ship all orders placed by 12:00 PM on the same day.

We use Matkahuolto, Posti, Postnord, and Schenker for order deliveries. The delivery fee for orders under €50 starts from €6.90, and for orders over €50, it is free. Home delivery costs starting from €13.90. You can see the exact prices at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. NOTE! If you do not receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided, we have not received your order. In this case, please contact customer service at info@easeorganic.fi. Independent ordering for deliveries within Finland can normally be done directly through the online store. If you want the order to be delivered outside of Finland, please contact info@easeorganic.fi.

We use Shopify Payments and Paytrail. Shopify Payments and Paytrail offer various payment methods, which are listed below. You can find the terms of use for all payment providers on their respective websites.

Paytrail

Paytrail as payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer of the payment transmission service and as the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on the bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

BINDING NATURE OF THE ORDER

A binding sales agreement comes into effect when the customer has confirmed the order on the order page. By confirming the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. After confirming the order, Ease Organic cannot make changes to the terms and conditions.

PRICES

All stated prices include value-added tax according to the product's tax rate. The tax breakdown is shown in the order confirmation. All prices are stated without commitment, and Ease Organic reserves the right to change prices. The seller has the right to choose the most economical delivery method for shipments that are not suitable for the selected delivery method due to, for example, the size, weight, or contents of the shipment. In cases of clear pricing errors, products will not be sold at an obviously incorrect price, and the seller may cancel/rescind the order in question. If, after returns, the value of the order falls below the free delivery amount, we will charge a delivery fee of €6.90 upon return, as the free delivery threshold is no longer met.

RETURNS

We comply with the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Agency's online store guidelines. This means you are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return does not apply to broken or opened food packaging. You are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the products. If you cancel the purchase and return the product, we will refund the price of the product. Please include the original delivery note with the returned product. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale. We do not cover postal costs for customer returns.

If the product is not in a resalable condition:

The product can be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
The product remains with us without a refund.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the entire order free of charge until it has been picked for packing at the packing facility. Cancellation must be made by email to info@easeorganic.fi.

Please note that the right of return or cancellation does not apply to perishable products. For supplies, a 14-day return policy applies. The 14-day period is calculated from the moment you received the product. You are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the products. If you cancel the purchase, we will refund you without delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation notice, the payments you have made (product price + costs charged according to the cheapest standard delivery method) related to the cancelled purchase.

UNCLAIMED ORDER

Failure to claim a package is not the same as a return or cancellation.
For an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge all costs, including both products and shipping costs, starting from €30 / unclaimed shipment.

SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Sometimes, despite careful packaging, shipments may be damaged during transport. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product(s) have also been damaged, immediately make a damage report at the pick-up point. Take a photograph of the damaged product or package. Then contact our customer service at info@easeorganic.fi.

COMPLAINTS

If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the wrong quantity of products, or the product is damaged or substandard, the consumer must notify Ease Organic by email at info@easeorganic.fi within a reasonable time.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ease Organic is not responsible if the delivery of an order is prevented, hindered, or delayed by a factor beyond the company's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, government decision, disruption of public transport, or other similar activity that hinders or prevents operations.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes and disagreements arising from this distance selling agreement shall be governed by Finnish law.
