Leek Pie
Crust:
3 dl wheat flour
1 dl cubed butter
2-3 tbsp cold water
Rub the butter into the flour and add the water. Knead the dough until it's uniform. If desired, lightly oil a baking dish and press the dough into it. Prick the dough a few times with a fork and pre-bake the crust in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
Filling:
3 dl freeze-dried leek slices
1 dl freeze-dried kale crumble
2 eggs
3 dl cream
2 dl milk
black pepper, salt
2 dl grated cheese
Sprinkle the leek and kale onto the crust. Add the eggs, cream and milk mixture, and spices, and finally the grated cheese. If using ready-made dough, follow the instructions on the package for baking. Otherwise, bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
