Shipping policy

Order delivery

Product delivery time is normally 2–5 business days. Products are generally shipped within two business days of order. Our goal is a delivery time of 2–3 business days. We strive to ship all orders that are ordered on the same day by 12:00.

You will receive an order confirmation to your email immediately after ordering. NOTE! If you do not receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided, we have not received your order. In this case, please contact customer service info@easeorganic.fi . Orders to Finland can normally be placed independently directly through the online store. If you want your order to be delivered to a location other than Finland, please contact info@easeorganic.fi.

We use Matkahuolto, Posti, Postnord and Schenker to deliver orders. The delivery fee for orders under €50 starts at €6.90 and is free for orders over €50. Home delivery costs from €13.90. You can see the exact prices at checkout.

BINDING ORDER

A binding sales contract comes into effect when the customer has confirmed the order on the order page. By confirming the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. After confirming the order, Ease Organic cannot make any changes to the terms and conditions.

PRICES

All prices quoted include VAT at the rate applicable to the product. The tax breakdown is shown in the order confirmation. All prices are without obligation and Ease Organic reserves the right to change prices. The seller has the right to choose the most advantageous delivery method for shipments that are not suitable for the selected delivery method, e.g. due to the size, weight or content of the shipment. In the event of obvious price errors, the products will not be sold at an obviously incorrect price and the seller may cancel/dismantle the order in question. If after returns the value of the order falls below the free delivery amount, we will charge a delivery fee of €6.90 upon return, because the free delivery limit is no longer met.
